What is our Return Policy ?

If the product has any defects (tears, scratches, etc), you can initiate a return process with us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a pick up once we receive your request.

How soon will you receive the refund?

We will initiate your refund post receiving and verification of the product. The return amount should take no more than 7-10 days with a maximum period of 30 days.

Can one product be exchanged for another?

In case your product qualify under the defects of the return policy, you may exchange the product for the another product. However, you may need to pay for the difference if the exchanged product is of a higher value.

How can you cancel an order ?

Please feel free to cancel your order before it is shipped. You can usually do this for up to 12hours after placing the order

How soon will you receive the exchange?

Once the returned product reaches us, we can dispatch your new product within 24 hours after verification.
