While the leather is breathable and handles humidity and liquids very well, it is advisable to keep the product away from humidity and extreme heat.

Keep your bag away from sharp objects and excessive weight. This will avoid tears in the leather.

Yes! All products come with a guarantee and can be sent back to us for repairs for upto 1 year. In case there is irretrievable damage to your product caused by natural wear and tear, we shall replace your product free of cost.

Keep the anti-mositure cilicant within the bag to avoid moisture build up. When not in use, clean with a damp cloth, let the surface dry and cover with the foldover fabric provided before storing it in a dry place away from sunlight.

We can customize your products on request. However, the customization will also depend on what is requested.

Returns & Exchanges

If the product has any defects (tears, scratches, etc), you can initiate a return process with us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a pick up once we receive your request.

We will initiate your refund post receiving and verification of the product. The return amount should take no more than 7-10 days with a maximum period of 30 days.

In case your product qualify under the defects of the return policy, you may exchange the product for the another product. However, you may need to pay for the difference if the exchanged product is of a higher value.

Please note that we take upto 7-10 days for delivery. However, all our delivery partners are working in difficult conditions and are trying their best to get the order to you, so kindly give a grace period of 1-2 days.

No. Once the order has been shipped, you cannot change your delivery address. However, you can change your address until anytime before we ship.

Lifecycle Care Of Products

Bio-leather has the ability to last for almost a decade if stored properly. It is advised to keep the products outside areas of prolonged exposure to high levels of humidity or away from direct sources of heat for longevity.

Once you are done using your product, you can drop us a message on our email address or send us a Whatsapp message for picking up the product. We will pick up the product from you at the earliest and recycle it for further use. You will be able avail a 20% discount voucher in lieu of this.
