In the event, If there are any breakage of the metal parts we are happy to service or replace the product for up to a year.

In the following event, we are happy to service or replace the product for up to a year

1. Loose thread
2. Skipped stitches
3. Stitch line tears up resulting in the opening up of the stitched area Leather

Leather 

In the event, If any fading or discoloration take place, we are happy to service or replace the product for up to a year at the discretion of the brand management.

Zip 

In the following events, we are happy to service or replace the product for up to a year

1. Broken
2. Slides open
3. Stuck
4. Misaligned

Lining

In the event any fading and discoloration occur, we are happy to service or replace the product for upto a year at the discretion of the brand management.
